Background: Erik Magnuson is the program associate for Environment Arizona. While at Claremont McKenna College Erik was active in student organizations and participated in research projects involving American aovernment and environmental issues. During the spring of 2005, Erik participated in Claremont McKenna College’s semester in Washington D.C. program where he was a congressional intern by day and full time student by night. Currently, Erik is working for Environment Arizona as a program associate with a focus on solar energy and land use issues. His responsibilities include researching and writing reports, working with other organizations, and contacting and lobbying elected officials.
Education: Erik graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in government and history.
